We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@hajatak.com.qa. If your return is accepted, we will send our special team to you to inspect and retrieve the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please call if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned product, and will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well. If paid in cash, the money will be returned within business days.
